Today is my mom's birthday.
I hope my mom is always healty and happy.

How about me?
I'm a victim of laptop theft. It happened two days ago.
I parked my car at public area for one hour and after getting back window has broken.
My laptop has gone and also my bag.

Last night a nice guy give back my atm/credit card and also some clothes.
There's a lot of thing in my bag such as keys, name tag, card wallet with full of card, umbrella, some clothes, hand sanitizer, Visine, moslem hat, ring with some of stones, and also money, etc.

This is the message for you who keep my stuff.

Please give me back everything that you take from me and i will change. I knew in bussiness situation today it's very hard to find a halal job.

But I will give the halal money if you give all my stuff.

So I give the DO and DON'T for management..

DO :

•Support employee’s will
•Make sure zero complain from employee
•If any p2k must give VG minimal
•Categories salary level of IT division different from other division
•Circulate good news report every week
•Increase salary immediately
•Give the reward to project member when project finished

DON'T

•Don’t protect internet so all IT Employee can use it
•Don’t care about business situation today. The prosperous of employee is most important
•Don’t be angry when employee make some mistakes
•Don’t compromise with standard salary
•Don’t keep silent if there is a chance to upgrade employee’s level

I am very sad, this is the first lebaran i didn't see my father.

Welcome Fasting

This is the last working day before fasting in this year. There is no ceremony just get lunch with my friend in padang restourant.

I call my dealer and he said that my car already arrive but still processed.

Tonite I will go for fishing at thousand island. Hope everything ok and nothing bad happened. Amien.
